Qualification : BDS/ MDS with minimum 55% marks from a College/University recognized by the Dental Council of India (DCI). Candidates must have registered themselves as Registered Dental Practitioners with any State Dental Council.
Age Limit : 45 years as on 31.12.2018. Age relaxation will be given as Per Govt. Rules.
Application Form : Rs. 200/- For All Candidates. Pay the Examination Fee through Demand Draft in favour of “Director General Armed Forces Medical Services (APF Fund) / DGAFMS (APF Fund)”
