Qualification : MD/ DNB/ MS/ DM/ MCh (Medicine/ Pediatrics/ Obst. & Gyne/ Anaesthesiology or Internal Medicine or Respiratory/ Pulmonary Medicine or Emergency Medicine/ Surgery/ Gastroenterology/ Neurology/ CVTS)/ M.Sc in Medical Physics recognized by the Medical Council of India.
Age Limit : 33 Years
Application Fee : General/OBC Candidates have to pay Rs.1000/- and Rs.800/- for SC/ST candidates through Net banking, Debit / Credit card or through computer generated challan form in any branch of State Bank of India.
